Hi
Thankyou both
unless while on holiday yes no biltong, beef, lamb, if oily.
no more burbertee either. or eggy bread things from home he sued to cook for us when newly married.
but worth it for result.

so pleased because now when he has operations much much less strain on him therefore one only has look at the quicker recovery he had last summer.
just waitin gon last blood results for him doc will send letter when recieved.

so he will only have his orthcotics and orthpeadic appointments to carry on with for life.
also he bsuy filling in a form to apply for funding to become sports coach, just got get advice which sport, not allowed football, rubgy, running.
can do table tennis, cricket, badminton, riding, tennis as coach.

and which one more employemnt be avilable.

his corporate company have given him opurtunity to apply.

thanks asking.
so excited for him.
